Client News: Terre at Castlemartyr Resort Retains Two Michelin Stars
We are incredibly proud to congratulate our client, Castlemartyr Resort, and its phenomenal restaurant, Terre, for retaining its two Michelin stars at The Michelin Guide UK and Ireland Awards.
The venue, which first received the prestigious two-star ranking last year, was honoured again for its ongoing commitment to culinary excellence.
Chef Patron at Terre, Vincent Crepel, said he was "absolutely thrilled" with the news.
"To be awarded two stars at last year’s ceremony was a phenomenal achievement, but to retain this accolade is certainly special. It reflects the hard work, commitment and dedication from all the team."
The restaurant, located in the 18th-century manor house, fuses traditional French cooking techniques with Asian ingredients.
Castlemartyr Resort General Manager Brendan Comerford added:
