Budget Provisions
Base Build Detail and Contract PC Sums are established. We generate FF&E, OS&E and Hotel Systems Budget Estimates based on the preferred hotel classification and size of the property.
Budget Control / Cost Comparisons
Cost comparisons are carried out on all items and alternative quotations are sourced where appropriate in order to ensure value. We ensure all items are within budget and on time for the contractor to deliver practical completion of the project. We provide regular reporting on budget versus actual cost, order values and outstanding orders.
Final Account
Full final accounts and inventory lists are provided at the end of each project for inclusion into agreements.
