FF&E, OS&E and Hotel Systems Procurement
Quantities and specifications are established with hotel owners and operators. All items required
are procured on time and within agreed bugets. Where required, samples of specified operational items are provided for sample rooms, dining and other areas.
We manage FF&E, OS&E and Hotel Systems budgets and provide regular status reports.
Delivery and sign off on all items is managed and up to date delivery schedules are provided.
We liaise with the design team in order to ensure infrastructure is provided for hotel operating systems as well as FF&E / OS&E items which require services to be put in place before use.
Handover
We ensure that all procured items are signed of by a representative of the development
company and the operator.
