Leisure Information Services supports all parties to clearly define 'Heads of Agreement' which
reflect the potential and requirements of the site, the type of build, the product classification,
and the facilities it will provide. The agreement defines points of inclusion in the build contract
and the start of the FF&E contract.
Match Classification / Expectation
We ensure that FF&E / OS&E budgets match the classification of the property and that goods procured match the classification, expectation and operational requirements.
Letter of Comfort / Hotel Registration / EHO Compliance
Leisure Information Services provides support on the application of the letter of comfort as
well as hotel registration. We also advise on meeting EHO requirements in order to achieve
compliance.
