Room Data Sheets / Fit-out Specifications
Room Data Sheets are generated on each project, providing specifications, such as details on flooring, services and electrics for all areas of the property as well as space requirements, typical layouts and wiring details for hotel systems. We provide information on operational requirements
so that goods can be procured to the required classification standard.
Support Detail for M&E Tenders
We ensure all operational requirements are met within the Mechanical & Electrical contracts before the design team goes out to tender; avoiding extra charges at installation stage.
Project Liaison / Design Team Meetings / Site Visits
Design team support is provided for the duration of the project. Leisure Information Services liaises between design team and operator in order to fulfill all operational requirements. We make regular visits to site in order to ensure all these requirements are being met.
